Part Time Route Specialist (Claremore, OK)

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate fleet and employee DOT records within the electronic compliance system.
  • Assist the shop lead in tracking and updating truck maintenance records.
  • Support the dispatch team by answering driver questions related to routes, schedules, and customer accounts.
  • Send out orders, monitor order progress on routes, and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and text with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, reflecting the company’s family-owned values and commitment to service.
  • Enter customer data, including tanks, appliances, and account updates, into the system.
  • Review and approve safety checks for submission to the OK LP Administration.
  • Upload and organize all documentation into customer accounts.
  • Work alongside CSRs to verify account accuracy, ensuring all accounts have serial numbers and current tank information.
  • Set up new customer accounts and ensure proper onboarding in the system.
  • Research and resolve customer disputes, keeping customers informed throughout the process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data records.
  • Collect and process past due balances to keep accounts receivable current.
  • Take initiative to improve data systems, workflows, and team efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members, offering support across departments when needed.

Qualifications:

  • At least 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of accounting or accounts receivable experience
  • 1-3 years of customer service or other applicable work experience.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Ability to work in a group office setting, whether the task requires independent or group work.

Full-Time CDL Bobtail Driver/Service Tech (Broken Arrow, OK)

Job Hours are Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM, Overtime is seasonally available.

Basic Job Functions:
Provide service and customer support during field assessments
Provide on-site installation of tanks and regulators
Perform gas check at time of tank installation or an interruption of service for proper operations
Provide safety information to customer with explanations
Provide general maintenance on equipment and propane lines
Operate vehicle and crane in a safe manner
Perform Out of Gas Safety Checks
Assist with inventory control and restocking
Assist with other job duties as assigned
Fill customer tanks by dragging hose from truck to tank at residential and commercial customers
Legibly fill out daily paperwork to be turned into the CSR daily
Maintain equipment daily by ensuring it is clean and all safety supplies are stocked for the day
Ability to operate in adverse weather conditions
Ability to abide by all ODOT rules and regulations
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, manuals, and reports
Consistently demonstrates cooperative, team-oriented behavior
Safety-conscious and understand safe work practices for operating in the field
Must be able to take instructions verbally and/or in writing from the local manager

Licenses or Certification:
Valid driver's license
Class A or B CDL with tanker, hazmat, and air brakes endorsements required
The company willing to help the candidate with hazmat endorsement
Pre-employment and random drug testing is required
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
3+ Year driving experience is required
